Put under a read more because even though(since I saw the last two)there’s only now only episode of S4 I haven’t heard, there’s a chance some of the stuff could pop up in Wokingham. But I doubt it, they’re very Vaduz-based. Forgive me if I can’t remember all the details - it was at the start of November after all.
knappshappey answered your question: Also WAS CARRIE QUINLAN THERE?!
Yes she was. I didn’t get into the recording, but I saw her afterwards.
Ooh brilliant! I mean, not brilliant that you didn’t get in, but brilliant that she was there! (I’m sorry about the tickets D:)
aristophrenic replied to your post: WAIT A SECOND. CARRIE WAS THERE?!
She was a production guest.
Aw, not actually in it? That’s a shame… Oh well. Thank you! :)
Ehh, essays… On the plus side, I’ve finished them.
I know I’m late to the party, but the Cabin Pressure tryout on Monday was BRILLIANT! I think Pudu put it best with “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Crackfic!”. Seriously, wackiest episode ever, but also quite possibly one of the best! Arthur though. ARTHUR.
Also, Carrie, John and Simon are still as lovely as ever :D I didn’t get to talk to anyone else(a man playing Douglas - David something? He was an excellent stand-in!) and a woman playing someone else(I think her surname was Whitaker? She was great too!)but Carrie leapt straight into asking me how exams went(“Yeah! You beat Physics! You made Physics your bitch! You’re like Stephen Hawking!” etc.) John was brilliant as per(He called Douglas a sly old dog when we were talking about Cluedo :D) and Simon was, well, Simon ;D I’m not entirely sure how he remembered me from April, but he did! And was generally lovely and chatty and nice to Spring and me :D
Also, Carrie’s training to be a teacher! This makes me uncontrollably excited. She wants to teach primary school kids because, in her words, “they’re small, so you can easily pick them up and move them around when they annoy you.” “… Like chess?” “Yes! Exactly!”

“Spies are supposed to be cool and exciting! The whole point is creeping around and having a pretend job as a cover, like being a computer engineer… or appearing on satirical radio programmes. I’d be a great spy. Or would I?
… No, no I wouldn’t.”
Carrie Quinlan on The Now Show! She really needs to go on it again, this piece was fantastic.
