These are all the pictures that Tumblr will allow me to upload at once, but I hope they give you a rough idea of what the book is looking like. I’ve tried to include random samples from all the types of page. There are a few things that need editing (typos and the frames on the Takeoff, Landing and Layovers pages- I’ll upload these when they’re done but the Takeoff page as it stands at present is shown above; the frames will be changed to include mostly the thin wooden ones with a few gold to mix things up).
The Layover pages- also for submitted artwork- have a different background to them, and are quite special looking but, again, currently need new frames. I’ve also uploaded an example letter page and an example place page, both chosen at random but they will, again, give you a taste. All of the covers that were submitted to the competition will be used somewhere, and the last page is an example of how they have been displayed.
I hope you like it! Personally I think it’s looking smashing, even in its first proof form, but if anyone can see anything that they think doesn’t look right, please do let me know. If it’s a typo or such like, I might have already picked up on it but, then again, I might not have. If anyone contacts me, please forgive a slow reply- I’m still in hospital and have snuck out of my room to find some wifi.
If as many of you as possible could reblog this, that would be grand. So many people were involved and it would be great if they could all get to see the fruits of their labours!
Oh wow, it looks fantastic! It’s really great, Pudu, and I hope you get better soon!

Just in case you hadn’t had a “Good lord, that’s adorable” moment today.
Sparrow, do we think? Can’t be more than a week old.
